Gather 'round kiddies, for the story of how this piece of art came about. . . . .
Once upon a time (AKA about three or four days ago....) I took a gander at a folder of my old art. Gazing upon the characters I saw that, even though they were quite poorly done as far proportions went, they had an element of realism to them that (I don't think) my current pictures have. So, I decided to return to my old style....only......better.....MUCH BETTER (And no, you will never, EVER see these horrid things!) After deciding this, I also attacked and fiercely massacred a pile of old magazines, ripping out all the poses I liked and matched them to my themes (because I'm neurotic like that). The piece above was inspired by a picture of Keira Knightley in Allure, in case you care (which you probably don't) There. End of storytime *closes book*
Overall, I'm head over heels in puppy love with this picture. It is perhaps the greatest picture I've ever done. But, what do you think??
